This week's logbook is a little short, because, firstly the digital camera
refuses to function again and secondly this week was just filled with preparations.
Luznela had countless exams to take during this last week of her semester
and I went over all of SILVER BLUE's technical equipment again.
And really, staying in one place for too long isn't good. Things that don't
get used on a regular basis start malfunctioning. This time it's the desalination
system and the generator. After finding out and getting behind a few electrical
and electronical secrets, the show is running again in a day, but it's definitely
time to get going.
Our supplies are refilled and the port-boxes full to the brim since one can't
buy anything on the Blas Islands. Now we're just going to wait until the camera
is fixed, then we'll buy fresh fruit and vegetables and in the next logbook
you can read more about SILVER BLUE - and hopefully written on the St. Bals
Islands.
