Well, now we're finally on our way again. Even
though a ship is safest in a harbor, that's not
what it's made for. Our destination lies 500 miles
to the west - Vanatu, formerly know as the Hebrides.
As you can see our new sailor has grown quite a
bit and now fits into the life jacket hi always
wears aboard, nicely.

And we get lucky - once again we catch
a nice fish, a dorade. |
We arrive at Port Vila on the island Efate on friday
morning. After taking care of the paper work we
find us a nice space on one of the countless mooring
buoys available here.

Vanuatu is multilingual. It used to
be under a joint French-English administration, so
today, being independent, people speak English, French
and Bislami (Pidgin-English). |
The natives are friendly and happy - which even
reflects onto their public lives.
More news from Vanuatu, soon, right here!
Until then ... take care!
